Privacy notice
Kins Creative is a web design and ads studio based in Ireland. Kins Creative is the trading name of Glennmc Enterprises Limited, the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect on this site
When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and handle any follow-up about working together. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our studio. If you become a customer, we also use your details as needed to provide the service you have asked for, on the basis of our agreement with you. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Who handles your enquiry
We store your enquiry in Zoho CRM and use it to respond, follow up and manage our relationship with you. Zoho also delivers the enquiry email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission.
- Zoho stores the enquiry in our CRM and delivers the enquiry email (we use Zoho's EU-hosted service).
- Instinct, the assistant service we use, receives the enquiry email and forwards it to our team.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and manage our relationship with you - how long that is depends on whether you become a customer and what our work together requires.
Advertising measurement (Meta)
If you accept on our cookie banner, this site loads the Meta pixel. Our code then sends Meta the page address, the type of event (a visit, or that an enquiry was sent) and technical browser information. Our code does not send your name, email address, phone number or message, and Meta's automatic advanced matching is kept off.
For this data, Kins Creative and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited act as joint controllers for its collection and transmission, under Meta's Business Tools Terms. Meta may process the data outside the EU under its Data Transfer Addendum. Meta's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain what Meta does with the data and which cookies it sets (such as _fbp and _fbc).
Until you accept, the Meta pixel stays off and no advertising tracking takes place. Your choice is stored in your own browser only. You can change it at any time using "Cookie choices" at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw after accepting, we stop future Meta tracking on this site straight away and remove the stored Meta cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent (the Meta measurement above), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
